Hey Actifitters,
Very similar scenario again yesterday. We started the activities with some play time in the yard with Kaia.
Later, still with plenty of time before nightfall, we went to the forest.
As always, Kaia was very focused, but we didn't see a whole lot of wildlife for once.
More and more Lily of the valley.
Just like the previous day, we walked until the sun was low on the horizon.
Unlike the day before, my stomach was fine but my adductors were painful this time. I know it sounds like I'm just making up excuses, but I had enough adductors injuries to know I shouldn't risk it. So I skipped going for a run again, and just extended the walk, and enjoyed the sunset on the way back home.
When we got home, the sun wasn't completely hidden behind the trees.
So at least, I could verify until what time it is safe to run without any night gear. It seems it's good until 9pm, it gets pretty dark right after that. Good to know for my next run, hopefully soon.
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
