No te dejes manipular y defiende tus derechos.

No to tyranny

Day by day, both in the workplace and in everyday life, we always get people who think they are right about everything, no matter how much you prove them wrong.

I believe that in life it is more important to do things the right way than to be right. Admitting that you are wrong or that you don't know something opens up a world of possibilities and new things you can learn.

I like to learn new things but above all I like to learn to do things the right way and for this the best thing is to learn from those who know. It is worth noting that knowledge does not come from a university degree, but from experience and people's ability to learn and understand how processes work.

I often have disagreements with my superiors in the work area. I don't have problems with authority (or maybe I do), I have problems with following orders without sense or just because. I have problems with orders that go against my values and the right way things should be.

I don't usually keep quiet and in a respectful way I will always make my dissatisfaction known and my refusal to follow orders automatically or just because it comes from someone higher up.

Although this sometimes causes me some problems I am satisfied with the way I act. If all people would defend their position when they are right and have the basis to prove it, the world would be a better place and there would be less tyranny, because people who only follow orders like robots only strengthen these bad practices.

How nice it is to learn from those who know and love what they do, regardless of ranks or titles have the ability to share their knowledge in the best way and make their teachings endure over time.

Do not let yourself be manipulated and defend your rights, down with tyranny and abuse of power!

We can always say no to an authoritative leader, but in a respectful manner lest we look like them in the process.

Kudos dear

People who express their views and opinions before others, they feel good in the environment. I think you're one of them.
