Motivation is an action or circumstance that motivates us to move what is inside. With this movement, circumstances can change for better or failing badly. According to psychology, motivation is the motivational duct that moves the human being and when activated, we have the necessary shake to change.

However, it is important to keep in mind that all our needs are not the same and, the same goes for the resources or circumstances that we are experiencing why each person is different and with their respective priorities.

Due to all the above, through the needs or priorities is when we will be able I will share them.

Extrinsic and intrinsic motivation

Among all the types of motivation that exists, the extrinsic and intrinsic are the most prominent since, its execution has as its origin all the motivational stimuli of the human being. As regards extrinsic motivation, it is responsible for activating the person through an action that will subsequently have external rewards.

Referring to intrinsic motivation we can emphasize that, this is the one that moves all our internal impulses. This means that, its basement is in the satisfaction of our needs for wanting to self -realize. The engine of this motivation is personal pride and pleasure.

This classification of motivation has to do with, learning and successful performance. According to specialists, the intrinsic moves due to the needs of wanting to cover curiosity, reciprocity and competence.

Positive and negative motivation

This type of motivation moves according to the results we see in our projects or actions. The positive is when we always see the good side of the circumstance while, a negative motivation develops when pessimism is a behavior that leads us to only focus on the denial or obstacle of the problem. It should be noted that, this motivation classification is related and in turn, combines with the extrinsic and intrinsic.

Personal and secondary motivation

Motivation and behavior are linked for this, the consequences of our actions end up impacting on all the personal needs we have. The name that receives this classification is primary motivation and is related to our physiological needs.

In the event that the movement is being achieved through the actions of others, we would be facing a secondary motivation or, in other theory they consider it as social. It should be noted that, this classification is usually the most complex because, its variations are conditioned by respect, recognition, permanence or security.

Achievement is part of social motivation

To conclude, it is very important that all human beings increase our motivation and to achieve it, we have the task of finding our motivations intrinsically since, when we find them we will be able to connect with well -being.
