Sometimes I look back at my past and everything that I have been through, leading up to this very point in my life. Either good or bad I am thankful for every pain, every trial, every win, every experience because they have mould me into the man that I want to become. More importantly I have picked up some really important points to keep close to heart to guide me in the future.

..And today I am about to share some with you, I hope you find them interesting and jot them down somewhere for future reference. They are a combination of some life’s advice and financial advices. So pay attention…

let’s begin ….

  1. The greatest currency to own is the human currency

A man who has people to listens to him, a woman who can talk to a huge number of persons and they would listen and a man or woman who is loved by a huge amount of people or a community is a very powerful and wealthy man or woman. Hear me out …

The celebrities, local or international, your chief community leader, our musicians, our footballers, online influencers and the likes-people we like to hear speak. They have one thing in common they are loved and respected by human hence they have the human currency. And with the human currency attaining more power or building wealth is not so hard anymore.

  1. Never buy a thing that you cannot afford twice

I have a general rule “if I cannot buy it twice then I cannot afford it” so I try my best to make sure that before I purchase an item I have enough to buy it over and over again. I do this because it I buy something that cost way more than I can “comfortably” provide I would be coke sorta obsessed with it. And if something happens to it I would “beat myself up” over it.

And it is naturally for us as humans to feel really sad when we loose our most expensive item. But if I can afford it twice I would just look at it like a normal thing I own and not like I would not cherish it, of course I will but it won’t be able to control my decisions or make me obsessed.

  1. There must be a balance in life.

It can never be good all the time and also it can never be bad all the time. Life provides a balance all the time. No matter how good it gets bad it will every tilt to the good time. It can never stay bad forever.

Truth is at that time when life is hitting hard we always think maybe the end of us is near but one thing that I have learnt is no how it will always turn around and be good back or tilt back to the normal.

  1. If it seem too good to be true, it probably is.

Follow your guts always. 90% of people that get scammed is because they refuse to follow their guts or ignore them completely. When a person is telling you that they would give you a great deal for you doing absolutely nothing you should in-fact doubt their genuineness towards you.

If your guts is telling you that something is too good to be true,97% of the time it is usually like that so don’t ignore you guts listen to your inner being.

5. Be humble

No matter what you think you have remain humble. You might think you own the world and because of that you begin to disrespect people and talk down on anyone at the slightest opportunity you get. Life will humble you. So before you let life humble you be humble by yourself.

Humility is very key especially in this generation where people like to claim what they are not. I have learnt to remain humble and grateful for whatever I have or own.
