Human beings generally live distracted by the future that has not arrived. In a certain sense, the future is only an illusion, what we are always living is a now, the present. Living is the only requirement to be able to die, therefore it is natural that the subject of death worries us. Therefore, the main point is to rise above that thought, rise above the worry about when and how we will die, rise above the fear and simply live, but live without the feeling of fear for what life has in store for us. In JUDO fights you learn how to deal with fear, because many times you are subjected to a very high pressure in the fight, at all times your opponent will be looking for a way to leverage your elbow, brutally knock you down, immobilize you, suffocate you and in many cases even strangle you to unconsciousness. That is why it is important to breathe and think during combat, and to learn how to breathe in critical conditions where the body is under incredible stress. Somehow or other, life is difficult, and you have to learn to fight and not lose your calm, in these times where everything is rush and stress.
