¹⁰ Day and night they encircle the walls, while malice and trouble lie within. ¹¹ Destruction is within; oppression and deceit never leave the streets. ¹² For it is not an enemy who insults me; that I could endure. It is not a foe who rises against me; from him I could hide. ¹³ But it is you, a man like myself, my companion and close friend. ¹⁴ We shared sweet fellowship together; we walked with the crowd into the house of God.”

Psalm 55:10-14 BSB

Good day blurtians, and welcome to another wonderful day in his presence. Thanks for joining me in today's morning inspirational word. Let's quickly see what's in today's package 🎁

A friend betraying you is devastating. It is perplexing. When things got tough, someone you believed would always be on your side left. Your partner cheated on you. One of your close friends betrayed a confidence you had placed in them. Your best customer was stolen by an ex-employee who had signed a two-year non-compete agreement. The main motivation for treachery is money. Your friend abandoned you and demanded more money from you. They exchanged your friendship for money. More than they appreciated you, they valued things. Judas turned on Jesus to gain money.

A trust has been broken, which causes great pain. Your family, your money, and important duties at work were all entrusted to this person. What's more important is that you confided in them your innermost thoughts. Unrestrained and shameless, you bared your soul to them. In turn, they followed suit. It seemed that both parties had an honest level of loyalty and trust. Together, you shared dreams, travel experiences, and jobs. So what took place? Probably a process was involved. That most likely took time to develop. And take care when defining betrayal. Someone is not automatically a traitor just because they end a relationship. Nevertheless, there is an evil greater than human betrayal.

Betraying Jesus is the worst crime. You once shared a wonderful walk with Him. He really was your closest friend. But, the connection grew chilly and distant with time. "Steam drained off" You began to veer toward the dark side gradually. You drifted away from God due to the attraction of the world. Because horrible things happen to wonderful people, you might have lost hope. You could have grown tired of making an effort to follow Him. Instead, you might have been left down by other allegedly Christian people, leading you to declare, "If that's how a Christian lives, I don't want to be involved with the church."

Christ betrayed in numerous ways and for many different causes. The good news is that you can turn back to God and cross from the other side of the line after abandoning Jesus. Despite the fact that you may have sold yourself to the enemy, you have now realized what happened. You're under no obligation to continue living in that constant condition of guilt and uncertainty. You can return home. Jesus who would reunite you with you is the same Jesus you betrayed. You have the choice to reject the spiritual crumbs the enemy has fed you while you were held captive and you can then be set free to re-join God at His gracious banquet table. The love and acceptance of God are standing by for you. Christ is compassionate. In your current state, he still loves you.

Don't lose faith in Him; He hasn't given up on you. It is impossible for betrayal to be the end. It may be necessary for you to forgive and make amends with someone else if that is God's intention. Like He did, extend forgiveness and welcome to the one who betrayed you. Don't worry about the mending; just ask them to forgive you for your transgressions. God can eventually mend your broken hearts. Reconciliation is beautiful, but betrayal is horrible.

I hope you learnt something that benefits you from today's message😊.

Puedes volver a casa.
