For Muslims, Eid al-Fitr is a holy day, a day filled with victory because it has completed an obligation directly ordered by God Almighty. After fasting for one month, every Muslim will celebrate Eid al-Fitr, there are various ways Muslims celebrate it.
In my village, people celebrate Eid al-Fitr starting with 2 Rakaat Prayers, and after that stay in touch with neighbors to apologize if there are mistakes during their life, there are also those who celebrate Eid with holidays to certain places, this really depends on what they want.
I personally celebrate Eid al-Fitr at my parents-in-law's house, after praying the next two rak'ahs, my wife, extended family welcome guests who come to the house. After finishing welcoming guests, our family went to a family of four for a vacation. Actually there are many lessons from Eid Al-Fitr. One of them is to establish oneself to be better, to create peace within oneself and with others.
Lastly, I would like to wish Happy Holidays to the people of Planet Blurt who celebrate it. May we always be in good health. Make peace wherever you are.
Sharing such moments with family are always priceless moments and am glad you could celebrate this years Eid with not just your nuclear family but with the extended family. May Allah the most merciful always hearken to our cry and make us live better lives. Happy celebrations my dear friend @ifullamri.
