Knot Goldie Slitherin out of a Knot.

Extreme Fear

I have been stopping by to see Adrian - AKA @juanselago here on hive - at his smoke shop for years and he even gave hive a try one time. But every time I bring Goldie by to see him, his eyes bug out and he plasters himself against the farthest back wall and stutters in panic.

So today, I went there on my way home from the doctor's office (another Goldie post in the works) and stood outside at the edge of the street. Quite a few people stopped to ask if they could touch her or take a photo.

After a bit, Adrian came out and was able to touch Goldie's tail. He was no longer panicking, so I brought her into the store and she started doing her "curious act" all over his products and even into the shampoo stocks.

See the video above as @juanselago asks me a million questions about snakes. The same guy that nearly had a heart attack when he saw her and she could not move due to sever burns... Now she is better and twice the size - they are friends.

The wide variety of smells had her going all over the place. But since we would not let her under the tower of lighters or on the shelf filled with filters and rolling kits...

She glided over the computer and under the counter - inside the glass display case.

When all was said and done, Adrian had made a friend and lost his fear of snakes completely. Next time, he will meet Pancho!

The answer is "No. It doesn't hurt the snake to put her in a knot."
