Healthy living 9th August

Last night I slept early and had a 10 hour sleep. I needed it and today I feel fresh and healthy.

A friend of mine who lives in the United States recently wrote that he is not an early riser and he struggled to get up early all his life.

He is a highly successful professional and he writes that whenever he gets up early he feels energetic, motivated and ends up being productive.

I too have similar story and whenever I wake up early like 5-6 AM and start my work at 7-8 AM I get more things done.

For some reason I can't wake up early everyday and I struggle with it but I don't give up.

And life is all about not giving up on the right things.
