Today is the first day of Ramadan and Muslims all over the world start a month long fast. Each morning before sun rise we eat our breakfast and then at sunset we break out fast.
This continues for a month and then we celebrate our festival!
I don't fast these days, not everyday. I try to do as many as I can but being diabetic makes it difficult.
