My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2023

I took a day of rest and did some walking around the neighborhood. My back is still giving me issues and it has been bothering me a lot longer than it typically does. The nice thing is that it is not bothering me enough to slow me down much. I can still play disc golf just fine but I'm trying not to play too much because I don't want it to get any worse.

I tried using a hot water bottle today and that made it feel a lot better. It also seemed to help when I put a racketball under the spot that was tender and rolled around on it. I think it is gradually feeling better.

I'm not sure what I did to aggravate it in the first place maybe I'm getting older or something, lol. Honestly, my posture could use some improvement but that's been a long-term issue. I'm trying to focus my attention on standing straighter, not sitting as much, and walking with better posture.

This one is getting done too fast. I have to get myself to stop and go do something else so I can make it last longer, lol.

The weather can also influence, for me during the rainy season here my back pain returns more frequently and quickly than during the hot season. Nice progress on your puzzle 👍
