Photo of the day :)
Hi guys
My today's photography is of some Indian restaurant dishes. This morning we went for a walk in our fields, there are some restaurants set up just adjacent to our farms. We walked around the fields for some time, then went to the restaurant to have breakfast, there we had breakfast, the children also had breakfast with us, there were different dishes prepared.I took a photo of them with my phone's camera, which looked very tasty, then we ordered some of our favorite dishes from them. all dishes were very tasty I thought that through my photography, I will also introduce you to some diseases of my country.

Indian food has always seemed interesting to me... I wanted to try the dish in photo 6, it looks so delicious, what is it?
I would like you to publish your meals and tell how they are made or at least the ingredients they use to prepare them. Sometimes I would like to eat something different here... and maybe I can prepare them myself, if you tell me the recipe :)
Thank you dear, The dish in photo six is called Dahi Bhalla. This dish is made with a mixture of moong dal and urad dal.Soak both the lentils in water at night, then grind them in a mixer in the morning and make their pakoras. Then soak these pakoras in water for a few hours, when these pakoras become soft, then leaving their water, add curd on top and add green coriander chutney and tamarind chutney on top of it. On top add salt, pepper and chaat masala it looks so delicious to eat
hmmm the combination of flavors sounds delicious. Thanks for the explanation... there are many things hindues that I don't know what they are like, for example: pakora and chaat masala.
chutney: must be a sauce type?
Grateful.
Happy day for you. It rains a lot here today.
Yes dear, chutney is a souce type.
Enjoy raining day.
Thank you!!
