I am currently penniless now because I paid two college tuition fees in full - one is a freshman and the other one is a graduating student. By next month, I need to go back to Iligan City since I have a wedding to attend. I am one of the bridesmaids, and I need to buy heels. Also, I haven't booked a ticket yet because I booked first a round-trip ticket to Cebu City. There's too much stuff going around. I am exhausted, actually, but at the same time, I am excited and a bit worried. Mixed emotions again and again.

Well, I just don't like the idea of going there without pocket money, but I need to go back and get my things, especially my books since my previous housemates will look for another place to stay. I don't want to be an additional burden to them. But the time and the cost are such a burden. I can't delay my flight to Cebu City since I will be in Iligan City by mid-July. And it's sad that I will just go to Cebu to pack my things. I'm hoping that my friend who borrowed money from me last week will pay before I go to Cebu City. Else, I'd probably withdraw some of my crypto savings. I just can't imagine that I spent almost 5,500 PHP for a plane ticket and I will not be able to enjoy my stay in Cebu. I even want to go to Buwakan ni Alejandra but my funds are not enough.

Back to the food, there is a lot of food I want to eat. To name a few, I want to eat in Daega samgyup, I miss Teology Cafe chicken meal, 13th Avenue milk tea, seafood streetfood in Colon, the cheesy food in Fat Dois, the chonky spare ribs of Ribshack, pungko-pungko in Fuente, and most especially, the siomai in Tisa!

I really can't eat them all since I've been trying to get back in shape, plus the funds. I need to choose maybe two or three. But one thing that is non-negotiable, it's the siomai in Tisa. I lived in Tisa for two years, and the siomai stores are just less than a hundred meters away. During my first two weeks in Cebu City, I only munched siomai every dinner. It is the best siomai I've tasted, and I think no other stores can convince me otherwise. I am thinking of buying a bundle if my funds permit, so I can have a few-day worth of supply.

I'm excited to gain weight again. hehehehehe. charot!
