Have you ever closed from work and you are blank on what to eat or perhaps fatigue cannot make you think straight to decide what to cook? Or maybe you know what to cook but you are too tired to enter the kitchen to prepare it. Well, sometimes I'm always in that position. I get back from work and the only thing I wish I could get is an already prepared meal staring at me on the table. But, that's not always the case, you've got to wake up to the reality and stop dreaming.
Last night, I was tired and famished at the same time, so I had to visit a food vendor at my junction. She fries beans cake, popularly known as àkàrà in Yorùbá and pap (ogi). I bought only the àkàrà. I'm not really a fan of pap, so I got bread from another vendor. The àkàrà was hot and the bread fresh and soft so it banged different.
