Morning Coffee Writing

Good morning, my dear Blurtians!

A minute of psychology to start this day. Today I want to speak about so-called home disconnection.

We've all been there—moments of complete and utter disconnection from our home and its familiar comforts. It's a feeling of complete disorientation, of being completely and utterly lost, of not knowing
which way to turn.

When we lose contact with home, it can be like a refrigerator full of food spoiling because we don't have the energy to cook. It's dirty dishes and bedding piling up, and the guilt of not having the strength to wash them. It's the sensation of being overwhelmed by your current situation, feeling totally disconnected and unable to move forward.

It can be a frightening and lonely experience, but it's important to remember that none of this is your fault. When we feel so disconnected from our home and its comforts, it's often a sign that we need to take a step back and relax. Our bodies and minds can only take so much, and it's important to recognize our limits and give ourselves the space to rest.

So, the next time you find yourself feeling lost and disconnected from home, remember that it's okay to give yourself a break. Take some time to relax and take yourself out of the everyday hustle and bustle. Set aside some time to recharge and remember that you are strong and capable of getting back on your feet and moving forward.

Remember that you can always regain that connection to home, and that you don't have to do it alone. Reach out to your friends and family, and let them know what you're going through. You don't have to suffer in silence, as there are always people who are ready to listen and provide support.

Home is often a place of comfort and security, but it's important to remember that when we lose that connection, it can be an incredibly difficult and lonely experience. Remember to take care of yourself and take the time to give yourself the space and attention you need.
