Discipline, particularly self-discipline is so important in life. Dedication to excellence and daily practice are essential to all human endeavors.

In order to thrive, we need to have a set of principles upon which our actions rest. Discipline is the dedication to one's craft and an eagerness to pursue excellence in one's actions. Discipline is a virtue like patience that pays off over time in massive life-changing ways. Every small present step leads to a big future payout.

As a young man, I lacked disciple and needed to build some. I joined a martial art which helped and honed my skills by practicing daily. Daily work builds and hones discipline in a circular way. The more discipline one employs, the more discipline one builds. Seeing the gains from daily practice made me realize how important discipline is. As a young man, discipline helped me build online stores where I achieved 100% customer satisfaction. Daily discipline can home skills, build business and contribute to good health. It's a virtue that supports a whole life.

I have been focusing on disciple at work as I progress in middle-management. Sometimes managing multiple people and processes can be absolutely overwhelming, and discipline helps span the gap.

If you lack certain skills, discipline to your craft can help you bridge the gap and acquire them. When learning anything from business acumen to martial arts, disciple is important. Martial arts and other sports emphasize discipline as a key tennant, which helps the student learn.

I have been learning more survival skills and have been keen to the fact that disciple in survival situations can be the difference between life and death. In less dramatic and serious situations, disciple can be the difference between success and failure. Teachers are more apt to teach a disciplined pupil who does their homework.

We may be heading into a recession. Now it's time to be disciplined in our finances, skill formation and community building.

Thanks for reading my blog. I wish you a blessed day.
