Ingredients
Taro 800 grams
Frying Pangas fish 500 grams
Tumaric 1/2 tablespoons (for fish curry)
Salt 1.5 tablespoons ( for fish curry)
Onion 2 piece
Green chilli 12 pieces
Cumin powder 1 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Garam masala paste 50 grams
Mustrad oil 1O0 grams ( for fish curry)
Water as needed
Preparation and process
Step 1
I collected frying Pangas fish for making Taro roots curry recipe
Step 2
.After collecting taro ,I removed Taro shells , I cut this Taro element as needed .
Step 3
I removed onion and garlic shells and cut onion and garlic slicely.I cut green chilli from middle portion.
Step 4
I made garam masala paste.
Step 5
I admixed 50 grams mustard oil in pan.I heated this oil in pan.I admixed taro with heat mustard oil in pan.I fried taro with hot mustrad oil in pan .
Step 6
I mixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric with and taro in pan.
Step 7
I added water as needed with taro in pan.
Step 6
After boiling sometimes,I mixed frying Pangas fish and green chilli with taro curry recipe in pan.
Step 7
I boiled this taro roots curry recipe 25-30 minutes in pan.
Step 8
After boiling ,I picked up taro curry recipe from pan.
Step 9
I mixed mustrad oil in pan .I mixed onion with heat oil and fried it. And mixed five carminents with taro curry with frying onion in pan.
Step 10
I mixed taro curry recipe again in pan.and admixed dry chilli powder and garam masala powder.I boiled this curry 8-10 minutes in pan.
Step 11
After completing this taro recipe ,I picked up this recipe from pan.Thus I made delicious taro recipe with frying Pangas fish.
