Since I joined the group purchase group of the shop at the gate of the community, I have a brand new experience.

I had never thought of joining this kind of shopping group before. There were too many people in the group to be bothered. However, by chance, our community experienced a round of epidemic years ago. The shop manager of the group purchase group held a love gift activity and gave a bucket of disinfectant to our closed residents for free. I entered the wechat group at that time, the heart of the store manager has a trace of goodwill: can at this time to give residents practical goods, rather than sit on the starting price, this person should be good.

Time passed. Slowly, I began to try to buy things in the group. The first time is to buy tobacco potato, quality is really good, after baking out the whole body flow oil, sweet taste honey! The second time I bought an apple, it was said that it came from Xinjiang. The taste was crisp and sweet, and the price was very affordable. Since then, I have become a regular customer of this shop. When I see vegetables and fruits I like, I buy one. The shop is at the gate of the community, it is mainly for the residents of the community, by repeat customers, so the quality is guaranteed, but also save their own pick.

Sometimes the store manager will issue a notice: a group purchase cancelled! A few days ago, many people participated in the group purchase of fresh milk in boxes, and then the store manager gave you a serious apology, saying that the milk group purchase was cancelled, the reason is that when he went to the warehouse inspection, he found that the shelf life of milk was actually late spraying, in fact has expired a month! "We operate in good faith, unqualified products are returned!" I was moved by the manager's words. If all businesses operated in good faith, there wouldn't be so many consumer disputes in the world!

Another time, the store manager temporarily notified the group purchase of scallop customers to delay the delivery of goods, because the scallop to find that the silt is not washed, the store manager returned the goods, the next day after washing and then sent! A lot of people liked it, saying they would rather wait than have a cargo full of silt!

One time when I went to pick up the goods, I encountered a dispute between the store manager and a customer. The reason was that the customer bought spinach, but did not take it that day. The next day, the store manager reminded me that he still did not take it, and did not reply. The customer was angry, and he came to vent his anger. The shop manager was not used to it, and told him: "The goods are easy to break, you do not come to take it on time is just, remind you to take it, you do not return, I can not stand to see it broken? I have done my duty by selling quickly and giving you back the money!" The customer was still angry and threatened never to come back. "Do as you please." The manager was as calm as water.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the shop. After all, it's fresh, so we can't wait for it to go bad! Some people in the eyes of their own, never for the sake of others, this kind of people do not do business worth mentioning.

Treat each other honestly, must be the magic weapon to do long - term business!

自从加入了小区门口店铺的团购群,我有了全新的体验。

以前我从没想过要加入这种购物群,群里人数众多,往往不堪其扰。但是,机缘巧合,年前我们小区经历了一轮疫情,团购群的店长搞爱心赠送活动,免费赠送给我们被封闭的居民一桶消毒液。我就是在那时候进了微信群,心里对店长存有一丝好感:能够在这种时候赠送居民实用物品,而不是坐地起价,这人应该不错。

时光流逝。慢慢地,我开始尝试在群里接龙购买各种东西。第一次是买烟薯,质量真不错,烤出来后通体流油,口感蜜甜!第二次买苹果,据说从新疆进的,口感又脆又甜,价格很亲民。从此,我成了这家店的常客,看到合意的蔬菜水果,我便买上一份。店就在小区门口,它主要针对小区居民,靠的是回头客,因此质量有保证,还省了自己挑拣。

有时候店长会发布通知:某团购取消!前几天,很多人参加了盒装鲜奶的团购,后来店长给大家郑重致歉,说奶的团购全部取消,原因是他去仓库验货时,发现奶的保质期竟然是后期喷涂的,实际上已经过期一个月了!“我们诚信经营,不合格的产品一律退回!”店长的话,让我很感动。要是所有做生意的都诚信经营,世间也就不会有那么多消费纠纷了!

还有一次,店长临时通知团购扇贝的顾客延期取货,因为扇贝送到后发现淤泥都没洗,店长退货了,要求第二天洗净后再送来!很多人纷纷点赞,表示宁愿等一等,也不愿要满是淤泥的货物!

某次去拿货,遇到店长跟一个顾客争执,起因是顾客购买了菠菜,但是当天没拿,第二天店长@提醒后还是没拿,也没回复,于是店长把菠菜卖给了别人,把这个顾客的钱退了。顾客很生气,就来发泄怒火。店长也并不惯着,告诉他:“这货物是容易坏的,你不按时来取也就罢了,提醒你来拿,你也不回,我不能眼睁睁地看着它坏吧?我麻利地卖给别人,把钱退给你,就已经尽到本分了!”顾客仍然很生气,扬言再也不来买了。“随便你吧。”店长平静如水。

我觉得店家做得没毛病,毕竟是生鲜货,总不能干等着放坏啊!有的人眼里全是自己,从不为他人着想,这种人的生意不做也罢。

以诚相待,一定是做长久生意的制胜法宝!
